Our medium range program is that of a "Regional Manager". Our long-range program is that of a career franchise operator. One of the first rungs on our "Climb-The-Corporate-Ladder" program is the Regional Manager program. This position provides the key interface between our seasonal students who act as District Managers and College Pride Student Painters .

Requirements: The successful candidate for these positions is a positively motivated "can-do" individual with a college degree. Possessed of good communication skills, a history of superior accomplishments and proven results, this individual is continually focused on whatever it takes to get the job done.

Job description: The Regional Manager is responsible for recruiting and training up to 20 student District Managers. This over-achiever works without direct supervision. You will orchestrate, co-ordinate, and supervise the District Managers' performance on a daily basis. It is your responsibility to see that our tradition of excellent client service and high standards of employee morale are maintained for your geographical area.

Training: Depending upon your level of franchise management or your territory as a Regional Manager, our year round training program will include these and other topics:

• Recruiting.

• Implementing corporate training programs.

• Employee development.

• Marketing.

• Sales.

• Interviewing.

• Technical training.

• Systems management.

• Productivity.
